Accessibility statement
NexushriLabs builds software for regulated environments, where the standard is that a system works for the person who has to use it and can be shown to work. We hold this site to the same standard.
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. That target covers colour contrast, keyboard operation, text alternatives, heading structure, focus visibility, and respecting a visitor's stated preference for reduced motion.
Every page has been tested and returns no errors and no contrast errors. All body and label text meets or exceeds the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio required at Level AA, verified by calculation rather than by eye, including where text sits over semi-transparent panels.
Each page has a single first level heading with no skipped levels below it, landmark regions for the header, navigation, main content and footer, a skip link to the main content, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
Several pages carry animated three dimensional illustrations. Every one of them is decorative. Nothing they show is available only in the animation, and the same information appears in the text beside them.
If your operating system is set to reduce motion, the animation is switched off before the page first paints, so nothing moves and then stops. There is also a control in the footer of every page that reduces motion regardless of your system setting, and it remembers your choice.
This site does not use an accessibility overlay, toolbar, or automatic remediation widget. Those products are opposed by a large body of accessibility practitioners and by people who rely on assistive technology, because they frequently interfere with the screen readers and browser settings a visitor has already configured. We would rather build the site correctly than place a widget on top of one that is not.
The animated illustrations are canvas based, so their content is exposed to assistive technology as a text description rather than as a structure that can be explored. The illustrations can be rotated with a pointer, and that particular interaction is not available from the keyboard, which is why nothing depends on it.
Documents shared under a non-disclosure agreement are outside the scope of this statement, and we will supply an accessible version on request.
Assessment combines automated testing with manual checking. Automated coverage uses WAVE and Lighthouse. Manual checking covers keyboard only navigation, focus order, heading structure, and behaviour at 320 pixels wide and at 200 percent zoom. Automated tools detect only a subset of issues, so the manual pass is the one that decides.
